Jon Van Geest

Jon Van Geest

As the founder and team leader of Van Geest Group, Jon’s role goes well beyond having his name on the front of the office. Through personal example, he instils his vision for doing real estate the right way in everything he does. Acting as more than a sales representative, more than a manager, and more than an owner, he motivates the Van Geest Group team towards getting deals done while emphasizing the importance of forming extraordinary client relationships.

With over 10 years of experience buying and selling homes, from helping first-time buyers find their first home to designing and building ultramodern architectural masterpieces, he’s comfortable operating in any real estate environment. Regionally, Jon’s expansive knowledge extends from remote rural areas to metropolitan cities.

When he’s not working, you can often find him strumming away on his guitar. Which one, we don’t know, we’ve lost count of how many he owns. Actually, before he ever got into real estate, he studied Jazz Guitar at Humber College in Toronto and also played professionally for six years.

Jayme Van Geest

Jayme Van Geest

As our Marketing Director, Jayme does everything from creating content and curating our social media account to consulting on Van Geest Group’s overall brand direction. She’s also in charge of client appreciation and developing innovative methods to more effectively market client’s properties through photography, video, open houses, and multimedia advertising. Jayme does all this while being a mom to two little boys.

Drawing experience from being the Director Of Communications for Careforce International and owning a successful wedding photography business, Jayme consults clients on how to efficiently showcase their space when selling their homes through her extensive knowledge and passion for interior and exterior design. Her adoration towards architectural composition even led her to design her own home from the ground up. She’s also the official Van Geest Group office decorator, so if you like what you see at our offices, let Jayme know because she’d love to chat about it!

Can’t find her in the office – well, then she’s most likely outside, training for a marathon or drawing inspiration from the great outdoors. Jayme’s creativity largely stems from the natural world, and in her own words, “There’s no better example of creativity than nature itself!”

Olivia Cameron

With almost 15 years of sales and customer service experience, Olivia brings a high level of personal and professional service to the team. She is as passionate about building relationships as she is about real estate, always going above and beyond for everyone she works with. A self appointed match maker – Olivia takes great pride in being our team’s lead buyer agent, always looking for new opportunities to find our clients the perfect home.  Olivia’s particular attention to detail shines through as she also doubles as our team’s operations manager. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence, Olivia excels in managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and maximizing productivity. Through strategic planning and effective resource allocation, Olivia consistently delivers results that exceed expectations in all aspects of our business. She is an integral part of our teams success!

Becca Fleming

Becca Fleming

Becca has been a licenced Realtor for the past 10 year and in more recent years, an Acquisitions Manager in the Multi-Family and Land Development real estate space. Her passion for real estate has taken her on some pretty exciting adventure, while gaining knowledge is all areas of Real Estate to better service her clients

She aims to provide each and every client with high level information pertaining to their market of interest while personalizing each transaction. 

When Becca isn’t servicing clients, she is a Wife, Mom and Dog Mom, Who loves traveling and spending time with her family. Most of our families memories are made in the home, which is why she strives to make each process as seamless as possible, so you can keep making memories.
